FACILITES:

• 304 RV lots, approximately 35' x 50' - We accomodate both year-round living or seasonal vacations

• All lots have both 30 & 50 amp electirc hookups, water, sewage

• Extended cable TV service included at each site (70 channels)

• Outdoor Facilities include: a Luxurious heated pool, Jacuzzi, 4 four shuffleboard courts & horseshoes

• Clubhouse Facilities include: a Billiard Room w/ 4 tables, Jacuzzi, Library with a TV, Card Room, Ballroom, Kitchen & small fitness room

• Laundry Room

• Paved streets through out park

RATES: include all applicable taxes and surcharges, cable TV, water/sewer, rubbish disposal and use of all park amenities. All rates quoted presume "prepayment in full" upon arrival, no refunds will be issued for shortened stays.

Effective October 1, 2010 - September 31, 2011:

$40/day, $240/week, $675/month (includes electricity)

6 Month Rate Discount: $2,700.00 (does not include electricity)

Annual Rate Discount: $2,888.00 (does not include electricity)

* Rates based on occupancy of no more than two (2) people per site.
Additional adults occupying the same site will be charged $4.00/day, $25/week, $100/month. Consult the Green Valey RV Office for child guest policy. All guests and residents agree to abide by all park rules and regulations which may be in effect at time of occupancy. We do not accept credit or debit cards, cash or personal checks only.

Reservations:
Daily and weekly reservations are accepted with payment in full.
$500 reservation deposit for 1 month or more reservations. Full balance due upon arrival in park.
