There are lots of full-time and long-term residents here at Green Valley RV Resort. Some of those residents are in semi-permanent Park Models, and some are in easily movable Recreational Vehicles. And there are a few Destination Trailers that are single-level units with no stairs. Properties go up for sale from time to time, and often there are added amenities to the rental lot that buyers can acquire along with the rig.

Access to Inventory
Please read through the RV Listing or Park Model Listing carefully so that you know if just the rig is being sold or if there are lot amenities that come along with it. In most cases, the semi-permanent Park Models are being sold as-is, where-is, with the expectation that you will be occupying the property on the lot where it currently resides.
With the RVs, if there are lot amenities listed such as full-concrete driveway, paved patio, awning, shed, or casita, it is expected that your purchase will include these amenities and that you are looking to maintain the rig and the lot as an annual rental. Certainly, you can move the rig and go exploring with the knowledge that the lot and its amenities remain yours as long as your rental agreement is in force.
Some RVs are listed as rig only, and if you desire to make it an annual rental space with that rig, you’ll communicate with the front office about establishing that rental agreement. Otherwise, you are free to purchase the RV, hook it up, and drive off.
